Disc1は1期の楽曲の中からファン投票によって選ばれた楽曲を南條愛乃のヴォーカルで表現したカバーアルバム。
Disc2は最新シングル「clockwork planet」（TVアニメ「クロックワーク・プラネット」OPテーマ）や「The end of escape」（TVシリーズ「亜人」第2クール後期OPテーマ）のfripSide ver.、新曲を収録したオリジナルミニアルバム。
初回限定盤特典には、MV・MVメイキングの他に2017年2月26日に行われた「fripSide concert tour 2016-2017 -infinite synthesis 3- 新潟公演」も収録。
